Attorney Benjamin A Johnston practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability law and has done so since 2006. A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, Mr. Johnston received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah in 1999. He attended the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State University and received his Juris Doctor in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Johnston participated in the Disability Law Project, served as the Chapter Justice in the Black Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, and volunteered as a mediator in Maricopa County Justice Courts.
